When placing a custom crystal order - half of the total amount is due at the time order is placed. Once the custom crystal item is complete, the other half is due (once payment is received) and the custom crystal product will be shipped.
If remainder of payment is not made, custom crystal item will become property
of Crystal Creations World, LLC .
Most custom crystal projects are completed and shipped within 4 - 6 weeks.
Sometimes I get them done quicker, depending on my crystal workload.
Rush orders can be placed for an additional $75 fee.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!
All custom crystal orders have a lifetime guarantee for replacement of stones
(due to normal wear and tear).
Not responsible for stones and product if damaged, dropped etc.
**When sending your item back to me - please wrap your BLINGed item in tissue paper or a soft cloth. Then wrap in plastic bubble wrap -- SEND IN APPROPRIATE PACKAGING (box or padded envelope).**
SHIPPING: (on all new custom crystal items or fixing crystal items):
Shipping will be included (USA ONLY) via USPS Priority or First Class with tracking & signature required.
Outside the USA will be charged to the customer.
Other Shipping services will be additional and to be paid by the customer: (i.e., Fed Ex, UPS)
Insurance will be additional.
Please let me know shipping method you want so I can quote you the correct price for shipping.
Crystal Creations World, LLC will not be responsible for shipping & handling once it is out of my hands and with the shipping company.
Thus, purchase insurance for the package please.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations will only be accepted if the project has NOT been started.
Any custom crystal orders that have not been started, but the crystals have been ordered for that project will be charged a 25% restocking fee of the total cost of your order.
